Terms of Service

1. The service

Packmule Quote ("we", operated by Pack Mule House Prints) gives 3D print shops ("shops") a web page where their customers can upload 3D models and get automated price estimates. We currently offer it free as early access, and it may change or stop.

2. Quotes are estimates

Prices, print times and material amounts come from automated slicer estimates and the shop's own pricing settings. A quote is not a binding offer or contract. The shop confirms the final price and terms directly with the customer. Any order or payment is between the customer and the shop.

3. Shop accounts

Shops must give accurate account details, keep their password secret and are responsible for activity on their account. A shop may delete its account at any time from the dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't upload files for weapons, weapon parts or anything illegal where you live.
• Don't upload files you don't have the right to reproduce, such as models that infringe copyrights, trademarks or patents.
• Don't try to overload, probe or break the service, or get into other shops' data.
• Shops can refuse any job for any lawful reason, including concerns about safety or intellectual property.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Uploaded files

Uploaded models are processed only to produce the quote and are deleted automatically about one hour after last use. See the privacy policy.

6. Plans and pricing

The free plan is free. Paid plans aren't on sale yet. Nothing is billed, and we'll publish terms before any paid plan launches.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pricing mistakes in automated estimates.
